Only people with your viewer link. The webhook URL itself can only receive requests — reading them needs a separate secret key that lives after the # in your link, which browsers never send to any server. Still, don't use it for real production secrets.

Each URL lasts 7 days, keeps the latest 200 requests and stores up to 100 KB of each body (larger bodies are cut, and the full size is shown). It accepts up to 60 requests a minute.
